I did not get my sign-in code
Check the spam folder first; codes often land there the first time. If it is still missing after a minute, tap Resend. Codes expire, so if you have left one sitting for a while, ask for a fresh one rather than typing the old one.
Do I need a signal to train?
No. Once you are signed in, everything works offline — logging, the rest timer, your history, the coach. Your training syncs the next time you have a connection. A basement gym with no bars is fine.
How do I get my data out?
Profile → Data → Export backup. That gives you everything as a file you keep. You can paste it back in later with Import.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Account & sync → Delete my account. It permanently removes your account and every workout in it, on this device and in the database, immediately. It cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you might want the history.
If you only want to clear this device and keep the account, use Profile → Data → Reset app instead.
Signing out vs deleting
Signing out leaves your training safely in your account and deletes nothing. Deleting your account removes it everywhere. They are very different buttons and the app says so before you press either.
Apple Health / Health Connect
Optional, and off until you turn it on in Profile → Connections. When on, Loadstars reads your latest bodyweight and writes finished workouts with their active energy. It is never used for advertising and never shared — see the privacy policy.
If workouts are not appearing, check Health → Sharing → Apps and confirm Loadstars has permission to write.
My weights look slightly different after editing a set
Weights are stored in kilograms and shown in your chosen unit, so a pound value is rounded to the nearest half pound for display. Editing a set keeps what you see, which is the number that matters.
