Terms of Service
Last updated 3 August 2026These terms cover your use of Loadstars, a workout tracking app. Using the app means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Train safely — please read this one
Loadstars is not medical advice. It is a training log with a coach that suggests exercises, weights and rep ranges based on what you have logged. It does not know your injuries, your medical history or how you feel today.
Lifting weights carries risk of injury. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training programme, especially if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. Stop if something hurts. Use your own judgement over any suggestion the app makes — a number on a screen does not know that your shoulder is complaining.
You train at your own risk.
Your account
You need an account to use Loadstars, so your training can be backed up and appear on your other devices. Keep access to the email address you signed up with — it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account & sync → Delete my account. It removes your account and your training immediately and permanently.
Subscriptions
Loadstars is free to use as a training log. Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, not by us directly.
- They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us.
- Prices may change; you will be told before a change affects you.
Your data
Your training belongs to you. You can export all of it at any time from Profile → Data → Export backup. What is stored and where is set out in the privacy policy.
Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not use it to store anything unlawful. That is the whole list.
Availability
The app is provided as it is. Your training is kept on your device, so it keeps working offline — but sync, backup and account services depend on systems that can go down, and no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Loadstars is not liable for injury, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Export a backup if your training history matters to you. It takes one tap.
Ending your use
You can stop using Loadstars and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to attack or abuse the service.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and the app will say so.
